I have two garlic confits to prepare today and I am going to be taking them to family members to try the goodness of this little number. They are already in the oven.
Chef Jacob's Roast Chicken Stock is currently simmering on my stove top - and I cannot wait to put that into my freezer for later use. Just had to give it a try! Chef Jacob's White Chicken Stock is really good too. Not bad for a home cook. Learning lots of new tricks and simply love this site!
