Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum and say hi.
I am just a guy who loves to cook and have found the podcasts and videos here to be very informative. The site has really been helpful in me stepping up my game. Though i usually only cook for friends and family, I love learning about anything i can foodwise. In addition to my full time job, I work part time at a national Kitchen store chain that will remain nameless and love getting all "kitchen geek" with fellow food lovers who come in. I have been finding that the things i learn here have not only helped me cook, but they have also helped me help the customers at work make more informed choices in what they purchase.
