I have a lasagna recipe from the cruise we took earlier in the year for a Meat & Spinach Lasagna (Bolognese & Spinach Lasagna.) This was an outstanding lasagna and I was able to obtain the recipe from the chef. This recipe as written makes approximaely 30 large hotel pans. It's been a very daunting task and I've procrastinated with it long enough and I'm coming to those in the know to beg for your help.
I'd like to be able to convert it to a standard lasagna pan size and to convert up for special occasions. I have this as a PDF but not sure how I can add the recipe to this message or to the forum at all. So I guess I'm also asking for assistance with that part as well.
Thank you, I really appreciate any help I can get. I've never converted a recipe before, except when it was in my Paprika app and it was automatic. This recipe isn't a candidate for that. Mary
