I was wondering whether there might be a knowledgeable person/people out there in the Stella Community - who has made a Vindaloo Curry Powder from scratch?

Why you might ask?
The above is my late mother's tomato relish recipe. I have a neighbour whose mother has asked me to make up a small quantity for them. Honestly this relish is so lovely that you just want more and more and more! The good old "vindaloo curry powder" that I have used since adam was a cowboy was made by a company called "Empire" and they have discontinued the line. My container is nearly out! Maybe I could make the vindaloo curry powder myself - as I have quite a few of the Indian Spices since I do prepare quite a lot of Indian food - but what do you need to make the vindaloo curry powder, what blend of spices does one need?
