Favorite Ethnic or Regional Sandwich

The other day I was shooting some video for our upcoming bread series and my sous chef and I started talking about making custom bread rolls, loafs etc to be used for sandwiches. What started off as brain storming future videos on various types of bread I wanted to demonstrate, quickly turned into us frothing at the mouth, talking about our favorite types of sandwiches and discussing the possibilities of launching an entirely new video series called "Sandwiches From Around The World." Whether or not we decide to do the video series isn't 100% yet, but it led to a fun discussion of all the sandwiches we would include and create from scratch.

Italian beef, bahn mi, BLT, Torta, Classic Pastrami on Rye, Bagel and Lox...the list goes on and on. So what are some of your favorite regional or ethnic sandwiches and how, in your opinion, are they best prepared?
