I have a great bread recipe...is easy...hard part is how to beat to raise..take some to learn...just put your palms under and turn them...and wenn bread douth hit the table to get air and look like a rugby/american fotbal ball .
3 kg flour (white our brown...)
2 liter water
1 small cube of yeast
Maia
Sirop
Salt
Put floor in a boll and make take air . Make a hole and add maia ( flour and water combination stayng long time )...then add water with few sirop in water and yeast and salt . Now...depending on what type of bread you want you add in this water :
turmeric (curcuma )for yellow bred
Red beet for red bred
Red beet and turmeric for orange breed
pesto sauce for green breed
Nothing if you want white ...or just some dry rosemary ..or olives &dread tomatos
After you chooce one if this options add sesame and sunflower seed .
Mix all in a boll with a hand ..other hand keep boll . Put bread drouth on table and hit like i say at begining until you can hit her and will not stick on your hand...kinda like drumming.:)...afther this wenn is ready put back in ball..put few olive oil over all...cover good and put in fridge few hours . wenn is ready let--it few outsite...make some bread forms..and put in oven 30 min at 230 celcius . If you do this corect...mostly how you work woth bread drouth...will be a awsome bread . Good luck
